Paper Submission

  • All papers must be original and not submitted elsewhere simultaneously.
  • Manuscripts should follow the IEEE two-column format, limited to 6 pages.
  • A similarity index below 20% and AI Similarity index below 30% are required for review consideration.
  • Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
